Processing time
Orders ship within 1 business day, Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times & costs
- United States: 3–5 business days · $5 standard, free over $35.
- Canada: 5–10 business days · $12 flat.
- UK & EU: 7–14 business days · $15 flat.
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days · calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. International shipments may experience customs delays outside our control.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected window, email hello@purple.co within 14 days of the ship date and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
Returns & refunds
30-day brighter-smile guarantee
If you complete a full 7-day course and don't see a visible improvement, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You don't need to return the strips — just send a quick note about your experience.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@purple.co with your order number.
- Tell us briefly how it went and what didn't work.
- We'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Unopened products
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer covers return shipping unless the product was defective.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used strips. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
