1. Agreement
By using Pürple. or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your region) to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products & pricing
We do our best to display accurate product info and prices, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if pricing is clearly wrong — you'll receive a full refund in that case.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues.
5. Health disclaimer

6. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos, design — belongs to Pürple. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or republish it without permission.
7. User content
If you post a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in marketing. You must own the content you post.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pürple. is registered. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law says otherwise.
